专利摘要:
In a mobile machine for tamping ballast under ties of a railroad track, which comprises a machine frame, spaced undercarriages supporting the machine frame for mobility on the railroad track in an operating direction, and a ballast tamping assembly mounted on the machine frame and comprising a vertically adjustable tamping tool carrier, a drive for vertically adjusting the tamping tool carrier, pairs of vibratory and reciprocatory tamping tools immersible in the ballast upon vertical adjustment of the tamping tool carrier, and drives for vibrating and reciprocating the tamping tools, the invention provides a vertically adjustable device associated with the ballast tamping assembly for gripping and transversely positioning a respective one of the ties, and a drive for vertically adjusting the device. A vertically adjustable ballast broom device preferably precedes the tamping tool assembly for sweeping ballast off respective ones of the ties into an adjacent crib defined between successive ones of the ties.
The invention relates to railway track repair devices, in particular for - compaction and ballast replacement. The purpose of the invention is to enhance the functionality and increase the productivity of the machine. , Figure 1 shows a sleeper in a machine, the general feed; figure 2 is the same horizontal section, top view; fig. 3 - the same embodiment; 4 shows a tamping unit and brushes for cleaning sleepers; figure 5 is the same horizontal cut; 6 shows a machine, embodiments. The tamping machine comprises a frame 1 mounted on the undercarriages 2 associated with a displacement drive 3. The driver's cab 4 is mounted on frame 1, and on both sides of the machine longitudinal axis two sleeper-podding units 5 are mounted to seal the ballast in the areas of intersection of the rails and railway sleepers. Each unit 5 consists of a tool frame 6 and tamping tools 7 installed on it, two pairs placed on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the machine; in the process, tools 7 are placed in pairs on corresponding sides of the track rails. The unit 5 also contains a vibrodrive 8 and tool feeding drives 9. In the vertical plane, the units 5 are moved by the drives 10. On the frame 1 there is mounted a device for gripping and moving the sleepers consisting of two beams 11 mounted on the frame 1 placed horizontally across the machine and parallel to each other in a vertical plane, a bracket 12 mounted on the beams 11 with the possibility of movement by the drive 13 along them and the drive 14 of the permutation in height. With beams 11, the bracket 12 is connected by means of vertical guides 15. On the bracket 12, a sleeper gripper is installed, consisting of pliers 16 with a 17 rix compression-uncoupler drive. The axis of symmetry of the mites 16 and the axis of symmetry of each pair of tools 7 are located in the same vertical plane passing perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the machine. On the frame 1 in front of the unit 5, a brush 18 is installed in the machine operating direction to clean the sleepers from the ballast and / or to feed it to the aggregates 5. The brush 18 has a horizontal axis of rotation 19 located across the machine along the entire width of the path and is moved by the drives 20 in a vertical direction. planes along the guides 21. Brush 18 is driven by actuator 22 around axis 19. The machine works as follows. At the site of the repair of the track, the pliers 16, by exact stopping of the machine by the drive 3, are centered relative to the sleeper to be removed. At the same time, the bracket 12 by the drive 13 is shifted to the position indicated by the dash-dotted line. Then the actuator 1 4 pincers 16 are lowered, the actuator 17 clamps the sleeper, and the actuator 13 moves it in the direction of arrow A until the tongs 16 are close to the unit 5. Thereafter, the tongs 16 are released by the actuator 17 and moved by the actuator 13 to indicated by the dot-dash line. Then, the sleeper is again caught by the tongs 16 and moves in the direction of arrow A until it is out of the way so that it can be freely removed by the traveling worker. In place of the extracted sleepers can be immediately installed new sleepers. This sleeper by track workers is pushed into place of the old sleeper until its end is bu the piece is caught by the tongs 16, then the sleeper is moved in the opposite direction to the pull. To ensure accurate installation of the sleepers along the plot, the tongs 16 are moved along and across the path respectively by drives 3 and 13. All machine drives are remotely controlled from the control panel 23 located in the cab 4. After precise installation of the sleepers, the drive 22 begins to rotate the brush 18, and the drive 20 sets it on the cross ties path. When moving the machine, the rubble is fed to the side walls of the new sleepers and, if necessary, is removed from it. The machine is then moved in the opposite direction until the units 5 are centered with respect to the new sleeper. Aggregates 5 compacted ballast around the newly laid sleepers. The sleeper is attached to the rail before or after the ballast is compacted. The use of the machine is most effective when the replacement of the sleepers is performed on a relatively long section of the track, since this section of the track immediately after the replacement of the sleepers is straightened and its position is stabilized by tamping the ties. When the machine is in operation, the sleepers are aligned, and, if necessary, they are replaced and the ballast is compacted in the area where the rails intersect with the sleepers. The machine (FIG. 3) further comprises a lifting and leveling unit 24, including lifting and leveling elements 25 and 26 for the height-adjustable drive 27. The machine also contains a cable system 28 for determining the position of the track, including the measuring rollers 29 and a device 30 for gripping and moving the sleepers, comprising a bracket 12 moving along vertical guides 15 by an actuator 14. On the bracket 12 there are mounted pliers with a drive 17. With this machine, the path after replacing the sleepers is immediately straightened in height and in plan, and position er It is stabilized by compaction of the ballast. When making the machine according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the frame 6 of the tamping unit 5 is hinged at one end to the frame 1 of the machine, and the second is supported on the carriage 31. The frame 6 has the possibility of longitudinal movement relative to the frame 1 by the drive 32. The carriage 31 has a braking device 50 50 0 5 0 five five 146 33. On the frame 6 there is a brush set for 18 s. the ability to move in the vertical plane with the actuators 20. With the continuous movement of the frame I, the sleepers-tamping unit 5 drives the sleepers, and the brush 18 first cleans the surface of the sleepers from the ballast and feeds it to their side walls. The machine (Fig. 6) also contains a lifting and leveling unit 24 mounted on the frame 1, a brush 18, a sleeper and a tamping unit 5 and a cable system 28 for determining the position of the track. The machine is coupled to the rubble cleaning machine 34 supported by the undercarriage 2. By means of the brush 18, the rubble is dumped into the sleeper boxes, evenly distributed and then compacted by the sleeper unit 5.
